Qualification & Experience
Professor: | Who have an experience of teaching for a minimum period of ten years after completion of Post Graduation, which shall include three years experience as Reader or Associate Professor and four years experience as Assistant Professor in the concerned specialty in a recognized Post Graduate Medical College and three years as Senior Resident or Registrar or Lecturer or Demonstrator or Tutor or equivalent or higher teaching faculty posts in the concerned specialty in a recognized Medical College. Publications : Who have four Research Publications (Published or accepted) to their credit, including two publications as first author or corresponding author as Reader or Associate Professor in PubMed or Excerpta Medica or Embased Medica or Index Medicus Journals |
Secretary to Vice Chancellor | Master’s degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks from a recognized University. Fifteen (15) years experience out of which he must have worked at least five years in a supervisory capacity and should be well versed with the University system and be capable of preparing notes, agenda and minutes of meetings and handling correspondence independently. |
Finance Officer | Graduation in any stream from a recognized University and must have passed SAS examination held by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG)/State Finance Department with at least ten (10) years experience of accounts in a responsible position in a University / Educational Institution / Govt. of Punjab. OR Post Graduate in 1st Division in Commerce / Economics and must have 12 years experience in a supervisory capacity in financial Management / Administration, in a University. The experience is relaxable in case of exceptional meritorious candidates. |
Executive Engineer | i) A degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering from a recognized University. ii) Five (5) years experience in Public Works Department as SDO. |
Application fee
- All Categories except SC Category Rs. 1770/-(Fee Rs. 1500+ GST Rs. 270 @ 18%)
- For SC Category Rs. 885/- (Fee Rs. 750+GST Rs. 135 @ 18%)
Age limit
Age calculated as on 01st January 2022. The candidate should not be more than 50 years in the case of Professor. For others posts age limit is 37 years. Relaxation in upper age limit as per Punjab Govt. Rules.
